Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has an HRIS Systems Administrator position available, located in North Bergen, NJ! As a part of our HRIS team,  you will manage and support our full HR systems stack. Your key responsibilities include system configuration, data synchronization, and managing mass uploads from the HR system of record (currently ADP Workforce Now) to other HR platforms.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage and configure the HRIS system tables and business rules, including data integrity, user access, HR forms, and workflows.
  • Act as a point of contact for HRIS-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors.
  • Perform regular audits of system data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Train and support HRIS users, providing ongoing guidance and creating user manuals as needed.
  • Lead Time Clock Management: Maintain an inventory of time clocks across locations and coordinate device shipments with vendors. Configure new clocks, coordinate with IT and Site HR teams, and troubleshoot issues. 
  • Actively monitor inbound/outbound interfaces, review logs, and coordinate resolutions with HR coordinators, COE teams, and vendors.
  • Assist with setup and support for annual processes (performance reviews, compensation) and provide in-cycle user support.
  • Extract, transform, and upload employee master data from the primary HRIS to supporting systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Run predefined reports across systems for survey participation, formatting data per requirements.
  • Participate in system upgrade and enhancement projects, providing design input and conducting testing.
  • Be an integral part of a new HR cloud platform implementation

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in an HRIS Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, ADP eTime, and Kronos preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MS Access is a plus.
