Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Branch Manager role available in Nashville, TN! The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and developing staff, implementing major initiatives, and facilitating daily operations. Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead the Nashville APT branch
  • Manage the operations team to ensure optimal execution across warehouse and transportation departments.
  • Ensure data integrity of inventory, quantity, location, and value.
  • Assist in the development of annual operating plan, maximizing revenue and manage P&L for the branch.
  • Leverage KPIs to gauge performance and create action plans.
  • Prepare monthly summary for financial results vs budget.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years relevant experience that includes operations leadership
  • Foodservice or Jan/San experience is strongly preferred.
