The detail-oriented and analytical Rebate Program Administrator role entails managing data collection and integrity, maintaining a SaaS platform ( Enable ), and cultivating vendor relationships to ensure accurate program setup and compliance with contract terms. You will collaborate with vendors and work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, IT, and accounting, to support seamless operations. This position is crucial in maintaining efficient processes that impact financial reporting. This role is ideal for individuals who are proficient in Excel, possess a keen eye for detail, and excel in both administrative and analytical tasks.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Salary: $31.25 - $36.06/hour

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Analyze vendor contracts to extract key terms and conditions related to rebate programs, ensuring accurate interpretation. Implement these terms within the SaaS platform to enable seamless program setup and execution.
  • Gather and manage data from supplier partners ensuring accuracy and completeness in all datasets.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain internal data systems to ensure smooth functionality, accurate information, and timely updates.
  • Lead vendor and product stewardship processes, conducting regular audits of transactions and key data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Build supplier relationships to ensure timely updates and smooth communication.
  • Help coordinate the timing of data collection from vendors and ensure smooth system updates.
  • Regularly use Excel for data analysis, uploading, and tracking, ensuring all information is clear and actionable.
  • Support various internal teams with accurate data and reports and serve as knowledge source and escalation point for rebate programs.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in data collection, vendor management, or a related field is required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or currently pursuing) or equivalent experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with data systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Experience with Enable or similar SaaS platform is a big plus
