Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Bid Coordinator role available in Hazelwood, MO! Ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team as a Bid Coordinator.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage our bid platform
  • Proactively search for and identify potential bids, using your detective skills to uncover hidden gems.
  • Compile and complete bid forms, spreadsheets, and detailed information with precision and accuracy.
  • Track bid progress, analyze data, and provide insights to improve future submissions.
  • Communicate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage incoming bids, quotes, and vendor communications, ensuring easy access for the team.
  • Present potential RFPs to the Contracts Manager, maintain a bid pipeline for the Sales Manager, and work closely with sales and customer service teams.
  • Run reports in S2K to analyze purchase history, pricing, and contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and customers throughout bid process and the school and/or fiscal year.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years' experience supporting a distribution sales team in an analytical role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
