Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading national distributor, has a Warehouse Admin Clerk/Palletizer role available.

 

The Warehouse Admin Clerk/Palletizer takes delivery order data compiled by the router and processes it into usable information for the night warehouse team.

 

You will work from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Review the number of “cubes” (pieces) in a customer’s order and break this down into proper pallet sizes for the night warehouse crew
  • Create an accurate number of pallet labels for each customer order
  • Scan each pick ticket to process pick labels for the night warehouse
  • Attach each stack of pick labels to the correct pick tickets
  • Organize the deliveries that need to be picked in the proper order so they are loaded into the truck properly
  • Complete information on the driver sign-off sheets for the next day’s deliveries
  • Act as the liaison between the Router and Invoice
  • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Assist with 2nd shift Warehouse Dock duties as needed
  • Assist with administrative duties within transportation that include communication, compliance, and emails
  • Train as a Backup on Routing and Driver check-in

Qualifications

You have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Warehouse clerk experience preferred.
  • Data entry and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
