This position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Quote buyers/sales LTL and TL rates
  • Set up LTL and TL shipments in TMS system 

  • Create return labels using UPS or FedEx software

  • Upload/update DOT Med Cards, Drivers' licenses and endorsements
  • Upload drug and alcohol random results
  • Upload new driver on boarding and road test documents
  • Run monthly expiration reports for DOT Med Cards and Driver’s license
  • Run daily performance report and maintain the KPI tracker
  • Maintain and update the monthly random list for all branches
  • Prepare weekly pallet sheet in Excel
  • Notate unidentified logs in the Geotab
  • Assist the Driver Supervisor as needed

Qualifications

You have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience with DOT-related compliance on a commercial fleet program preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Desire to learn state and federal regulations, including DOT guidelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Knowledge of TMS and Dispatch Software programs preferred
