Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Credit and Collection Manager to join our growing team in Loma Linda, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming our accounts receivable function and contributing to the continued success of our business. 

 

Reporting to Credit & Collections Director, the Regional Credit & Collections Manager will manage all aspects of the Credit Organization operations and coach and lead a team of Credit & Collections Specialists for their assigned Distribution Centers.

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Pay range: $115,000 - $130,000.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and execute credit and collections strategies to meet and exceed regional financial goals, including bad debt reduction.
  • Partner effectively with Distribution Centers to ensure timely and compliant order release
  • Work closely with customers to resolve credit-related issues, build strong relationships, and facilitate timely payments.
  • Manage and develop a team of Credit & Collections Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving measurable results.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and proactively manage credit limits to minimize financial exposure within the region.
  • Develop and execute efficient collections processes, working collaboratively with the team and Operations to recover outstanding balances.
  • Work with Regional Presidents and other departments to address credit-related challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

You have:

  •      Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  •      5 years of credit and collections experience
  •      Demonstrated understanding of metrics and data
  •      Ability to travel up to 20% to regional distribution centers
