Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Regional Transfer Analyst role available in Jersey City, NJ! Become a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods across a network of warehouses within a defined geographic region. As our Regional Transfer Analyst, you will review transfer requests, analyze warehouse operations and vendor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement that directly support key regional and corporate strategies.

 

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, On-Site at our Jersey City, NJ office.

8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
Salary: $55,000/year.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Be the go-to regional expert for executing warehouse transfers and addressing related warehouse needs.
  • Dive into data to proactively identify and resolve exceptions against established ERP system settings.
  • Conduct insightful performance analyses on key metrics like transfer volume, inventory demand, and vendor performance.
  • Gather and communicate valuable feedback on operational roadblocks, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop a nuanced understanding of specific product, vendor, and warehouse needs to tailor effective recommendations.
  • Collaborate with buyers, warehouse teams, and vendors to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • Propose impactful system changes or actions for buyers.

Qualifications

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree: business, math, or data science preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years inventory/supply chain experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills. Access, iSeries, and/or Cognos experience is a plus.
