Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Branch Manager role available in Elko, NV! The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and daily operations of the Elko, NV branch.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead all branch operations, including order entry, receiving, product organization, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment
  • Maintain a proactive, solutions-focused approach to customer needs, inventory control, and process improvement
  • Perform local customer deliveries when needed to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Supervise and support one warehouse employee
  • Serve as the main point of contact for branch customers
  • Conduct outside sales visits to current and prospective customers
  • Track sales activity, manage pricing, and coordinate closely with the sales team
  • Utilize the DDI ERP system for order processing, account management, and inventory updates
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, equipment safety, and compliance with company safety standards
  • Collaborate with purchasing, accounting, and management to resolve issues and improve service

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, outside sales, or branch-level leadership
  • Industry experience in janitorial, industrial, or distribution settings
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and generate sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred (DDI strongly preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification can be provided)
  • Forklift certified or willing to become certified
