Branch Manager

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Branch Manager role available in Elko, NV! The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and daily operations of the Elko, NV branch. This includes overseeing warehouse functions, supervising one warehouse employee, handling deliveries, managing customer service, and performing outside sales to maintain and grow the customer base. The Branch Manager ensures smooth operational flow while actively pursuing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.

You will:

• Oversee all branch operations, including order entry, receiving, product organization, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment
• Perform local customer deliveries when needed to ensure timely and accurate service
• Supervise and support one warehouse employee, including training, task delegation, and performance oversight
• Serve as the main point of contact for branch customers, ensuring exceptional service and account support
• Conduct outside sales visits to current and prospective customers to maintain relationships, identify opportunities, and grow revenue
• Track sales activity, manage pricing, and coordinate closely with the sales team to support growth initiatives
• Utilize the DDI ERP system for order processing, account management, and inventory updates
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, equipment safety, and compliance with company safety standards
• Collaborate with purchasing, accounting, and management to resolve issues and improve service
• Maintain a proactive, solutions-focused approach to customer needs, inventory control, and process improvement

You have:

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and generate sales
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred (DDI strongly preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification can be provided)
• 2+ years of experience in operations, outside sales, or branch-level leadership
• Industry experience in janitorial, industrial, or distribution settings
• Familiarity with rural or small-market customer relationship management
• Forklift certified or willing to become certified
