Responsibilities

You will:

  • Input accounts payable invoices to Imperial Dade’s S2K system
  • Process accounts payables and code them correctly 
  • Monitor and manage the accounts payable portfolio, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate documentation of transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and billing discrepancies 
  • Ensure accurate and timely application of incoming payments to customer accounts.
  • Attention to detail, researching accounts payable issues or discrepancies 

Qualifications

You have:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Experience with collections or accounts receivable would be a plus
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and experience with accounting software ( A+, Rossum, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.

Pay Rate: 20.00 per hour

Work Schedule: M-F, 8-5
