Equipment Installation Specialist/Service Technician

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has an Equipment Installation Specialist/Service Technician opportunity available in Loma Linda! 

Salary: $25.00-$28.00/Hour

Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am until finished.

You will:

• Install wall accessories and dispensing equipment.
• Repair, troubleshoot, diagnose janitorial equipment, vacuum, and scrubbers.
• Ensure the inventory is ready for delivery at the scheduled installation time.
• Deliver and or pick up equipment; perform repairs and customer training onsite as requested.
• Provide equipment maintenance and follows up on customer request.
• Conduct a site walk and pre-plan the installation area/locations with the customer prior to installation.
• Provide customers with verbal and written operating instructions.
• Make equipment demonstrations for clients.
• Maintain the work vehicle as required for commercial operations.
• Respond to all emergency calls received within 30 minutes.
• Maintain clean and orderly service truck including inventory for equipment and parts.

• Make a weekly schedule of the accounts you will visit based on geographic proximity to one another.
• Travel to existing accounts to perform work on equipment we have provided for the customer.
• Take inventory of products at each customer you visit.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and repair parts in good condition as required for the job.

You have:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience with various models of commercial janitorial equipment, dispensing equipment, and or installations
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• High standard of workmanship and professionalism
• Good troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of principle machine functions
• Proficiency with computer applications and use, email, etc.
