Warehouse Manager, Night Shift

The Warehouse Manager will ensure the warehouse complies with the company's policies and vision.  The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of 25 team members who are responsible for accurately picking product, building pallets, staging, and loading them for the next day delivery.   

This is a Night Shift position, from Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 pm to finish.

Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 + up to 10% Bonus

You will:

• Manage, coach, and assist the nights picking and dock team in coordination with the Night Supervisor
• Ensure the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work
• Ensure productivity targets are achieved, and warehouse processes are running optimally
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and motivate employees
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
• Communication and handoff to team leaders on the issues for that particular day before and after shift
• Produce reports and statistics regularly
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

You have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience
• Process improvement expertise
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Safety management and inventory control skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks and order selectors

  Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including the ability to perform physical requirements, adapt to seasonal changes, significant temperature variations, and inclement weather conditions
