Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Senior Product Manager - Digital opportunity available. The job will be based in Dallas/Fort Worth or Miami. This Digital Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and support the most effective strategies, including designing solutions to deliver business goals, providing a foundation for future enhancements, and contributing to our continued success.

This Senior Digital Product Manager has a solid background in understanding B2B customer/sales needs, Search and Search Engine algorithms and translating them into a useful roadmap of experiences, helping solve user and customer problems efficiently and seamlessly. 

 

We're looking for a senior person who can contribute to a culture of data-informed decisions, empowerment and excellence, delivering strong business impact. You will be promoting a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery, evidenced through key agility metrics. This role will partner with other Imperial Dade digital and technology teams to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable technology solutions that deliver imperative customer and sales capabilities.

 

Pay range: $140,000 - $160,000/year.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Define and drive digital product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead innovation for personalized Digital Search and Search Engine algorithms and content across all digital customer and sales experiences.

  • Translate data into actionable product requirements and prioritize initiatives.

  • Own the full product lifecycle, focusing on growth metrics and customer experience optimization.

  • Manage and optimize Digital Search and Search Engine algorithms, improving relevancy and user experience.

  • Analyze Search and Search Engine algorithm user behavior to enhance discoverability and engagement.

  • Drive digital product innovation through data-driven experimentation and new technology adoption.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for Search and Search Engine algorithms for web and mobile apps.

  • Lead Agile execution, ensuring high-quality product delivery and alignment with business needs.

  • Monitor and measure product performance to ensure a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience is required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Strong B2B distribution industry expertise is required

  • Experienced with Digital Search and Search Engine algorithms
  • Proven ability to solve complex product challenges and drive high-impact initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with on-site search (Coveo, Algolia or Bloomreach a plus) and product recommendation systems (AI/ML).

  • Skilled in user search behavior analysis to enhance discoverability.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration (engineering, data, UX/UI, content).

  • Proficient in Agile and Design Thinking.
