The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Service and sell to customers promptly and efficiently following all company policies and guidelines.
  • Proactively generate sales with customers.
  • Assists in training employees on data entry skills and procedures for order entry.
  • Ensure department treats each customer and each customer's problem with respect, promptness and the courtesy deserved.
  • Direct and motivate employees to assure a stable and competent organization.
  • Assists in monitoring, developing, and evaluating Customer Service techniques and procedures.
  • Strive to improve company operations and profitability; maintain contact with various departments for corrective and efficient order flow.
  • Assists in the balance of Customer Service Representatives account assignments.
  • Responsible for ensuring the entry of all sales orders and returns, including phoned-in orders, EDI orders, web orders, emailed or faxed orders.
  • Responsible for ensuring prompt delivery and handling of all the processes associated with the order entry.

Qualifications

You have:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software
  • 2 years of data entry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An outgoing personality, eager attitude to help others
