The Warehouse Manager will oversee all nightly operations. This includes supervising team members as they accurately pick, build, stage, and load products for next-day delivery.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the night picking and dock team, ensuring efficient and accurate operations while championing a safety-first culture.

• Strategically manage the warehouse to meet or exceed productivity targets, optimize processes, and ensure the most efficient use of equipment and personnel.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, training, and performance management for warehouse personnel.
• Maintain high standards for product quality and sanitation, while ensuring clear and effective communication with team leaders and supervisors.
• Serve as a working manager, ready to step in on any job function to ensure daily tasks are completed and goals are met.

You have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience
• Process improvement expertise
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Safety management and inventory control skills
• Excellent communication skills
