We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk in our Janitorial Equipment Service Center.

 

Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Engage with customers professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our janitorial equipment, parts, and services to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and quantities.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to facilitate delivery or pick-up of orders.
  • Utilize the company's ERP system to generate invoices and accurately bill customers.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly 
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing billing role or customer service
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on customer needs.
