The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

 

Salary range: $75,000 - $86,000/year.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage full contract lifecycle, including initiation, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensure contract compliance and accuracy by aligning business terms with company standards and risk mitigation goals.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with Legal and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized contract records and support internal/external audits with thorough documentation.
  • Monitor key contract dates to proactively manage renewals, expirations, and necessary changes.
  • Generate reports on contract status and vendor compliance to support performance evaluation and risk management.
  • Foster strong vendor relationships to ensure performance and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Coordinate across departments like Legal, Supply Chain, and Finance to streamline contract execution and resolve issues.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or actively pursuing one) or equivalent experience

  • 1-3 years contract administration, procurement, or supply chain with a focus on managing contract processes.

  • Experience in interpreting and applying company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards to contract terms is a plus.
