Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

The Imperial Dade Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 3.5-month assignment (ending December 31, 2025).  

Salary:$30.00 - $35.00/hr

You will:

• Lead full-cycle high volume recruiting from intake discussion through offer negotiation (including scheduling interviews)
• Manage a requisition load of 40-50 front-line hourly warehouse and driver positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and effective recruitment plans
• Proactively source candidates via Indeed
• Manage remote open houses/job fairs as necessary
• Document all candidate activity within our ATS (iCIMS)

You have:

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting/talent acquisition experience within an agency or corporate 
• Experience utilizing an ATS (we use iCIMS)
• Experience recruiting commercial drivers is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to manage salaried recruiting should our internal recruiting priorities change
• The ability to visit our North Bergen, NJ office for training and meetings.
