The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the successful onboarding and maintenance of large national accounts. Working closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, this role ensures seamless coordination, timely communication, and efficient execution of projects that impact key customers and internal stakeholders.

 

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Pay rate: $24.00 - $26.00/hour

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating and implementing large customer onboarding initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the bid process for current and prospective key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the S2K national team, Western Paper branches, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate account setup and ongoing maintenance, including imports, orders, substitutions, item additions/discontinuations, delivery issues, and credits.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and audience-appropriate communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track open orders, retrieve purchase orders, confirm inventory levels and receiving dates, and provide contact or account details as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports such as Sales History, Modified Item Summary (by CID), and Order Guides to support business operations.
  • Partner with Fulfillment teams to monitor inventory movements and provide updated ETAs during item transitions and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the program and business.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
