Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Senior Product Manager - Digital opportunity available. The job will be based in Dallas/Fort Worth or Miami. This Digital Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and support the most effective strategies, including designing solutions to deliver business goals, providing a foundation for future enhancements, and contributing to our continued success.

 

This Senior Digital Product Manager has a solid background in understanding B2B customer/sales needs, Search and Search Engine algorithms and translating them into a useful roadmap of experiences, helping solve user and customer problems efficiently and seamlessly. 

 

We're looking for a senior person who can contribute to a culture of data-informed decisions, empowerment and excellence, delivering strong business impact. You will be promoting a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery, evidenced through key agility metrics. This role will partner with other Imperial Dade digital and technology teams to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable technology solutions that deliver imperative customer and sales capabilities.

 

Pay range: $140,000 - $160,000/year.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Partner with our Sales, Marketing, Digital and Technology teams to contribute to the roadmap definition and the structure of a digital product portfolio.
  • Identify, socialize, and deliver new innovative opportunities to bring personalization and our content to life across all our digital customers/sales experiences.
  • Create structured data informed document requirements, including scoring on a prioritization framework, to facilitate roadmap management and definition while aligning those efforts to ensure marketing, content and digital collaborators have a full view into the technology pipeline.
  • Contribute to various aspects of our digital product strategy including planning, prioritization, requirements, experimentation, and driving execution to achieve growth critical metrics and optimize our end-to-end customer/sales experience. It means owning and managing product from an end-to-end perspective.
  • Analyze user behavior, identify pain points, and develop actionable strategies to improve engagement, satisfaction and conversion.
  • Execute analytical, hypothesis-guided methodologies to grow Digital Product innovation, including emerging features that drive customer nurturing, engagement, and retention. Size and prioritize new technology opportunities including the case, path to growth, execution plans, and helping drive its adoption.
  • Conduct competitive and best-in-class site reviews, industry best practices, competitive analysis to identify opportunities, for Web and Mobile Apps.
  • Drive the execution through Agile processes, successful iterations creating cycles of value and impact. Including ensuring development decisions stay aligned with business needs, and any issues that arise are addressed as quickly as possible.
  • Ensure everything that goes out to our customers is of the highest quality, and monitor performance and measure the impact of your product enhancements.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Strong understanding of B2B distribution industry.
  • Proficiency in product management methodologies and frameworks.
  • A recognized and clear ability to handle complex product challenges.
  • Ability to identify and lead initiatives that substantially increase the team’s impact, influencing decisions and pursuing big ideas through compelling storytelling.
  • Comfortable with Agile methodologies and design thinking.
  • Naturally entrepreneurial with a ‘get-stuff-done’ approach.
  • High-level commitment to quality work and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance.
  • Familiarity with B2B distribution industry practices, experiences and trends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Offer strong presentation and negotiation skills.
