Salary Range:

105,000 to 115,000 + bonus

Location variable: The listed salary range is based on the North Bergen, NJ market. Compensation for candidates in other areas will be competitively adjusted to reflect the local market.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Conduct end-to-end data validation, analyze operational and financial performance metrics, and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness across multiple business units.
  • dentify opportunities for streamlining processes within shared services operations, including accounts payables, accounts receivables, cash application, and billing.
  • Serve as subject matter/knowledge expert to internal stakeholders, providing holistic insights on order to cash and procure to pay challenges; responsibilities include serving as daily “thought partner” and “co-operator” to VP of Shared Services and Function Directors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with team members and operational staff to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 2 to 3 + years of relevant work experience in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy or related field (e.g., Treasury, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher form of education from an accredited 4-year institution
  • Strong expertise with data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, etc.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, Business Process Improvement / Global Process Ownership (GPO), Order to Cash / Procure to Pay Processes
  • Proven experience in analyzing and synthesizing large, complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with and influence stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, managing cross-functional projects, including scoping, execution, and reporting, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
