Inventory Control Lead

The Inventory Lead drives inventory related initiatives and reports to the Inventory Control Manager. Success will be measured by; accuracy of inventory, minimal to no error rate as well as a high fill rate percentage. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm.

You will:

• Report to the Inventory Control Manager
• Audit; receiving, put away, staging. Auditor will be required to coach to ensure accuracy
• Cycle count locations and correct variances
• Lead hourly team members in inventory functions and track performance metrics
• Input daily adjustments into S2K
• Train new hires in new functions according to best practice
• Follow training meter to guarantee 100% on boarding competencies
• Maintain reserve location accuracy in S2K
• Observe and correct process behaviors through operations leadership

You have:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance
• Experience with the operation of warehouse equipment
• 1-year experience with Cherry Picker/Order Picker with heights up to 20 feet
• Must have S2K (or similar WMS) experience
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must follow all safety guidelines
• Must be able to work scheduled shift as well as additional hours that may be required
