Appliance Repair Technician

Western Paper Distributors, a division of Imperial Dade, has a role available in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for an Appliance Repair Technician to add to our team. The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for installing equipment and assisting customers by providing excellent service. We perform preventive maintenance for our customers who lease or rent dish machines and also purchase chemical products for laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen applications from Western Paper Distributors, a division of Imperial Dade.

Salary Range: $21-$25 an hour, $500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of employment and eligibility for up to 10% bonus.

You will:

• Perform preventative maintenance on laundry or warewash pumps for customers
• Use a computer to log all preventative maintenance visits into P&G's service portal
• Perform reactive service calls for our customers who are experiencing issues with their laundry or warewash pumps
• Program laundry and dish machines
• Train customers on how to use their laundry or warewash pumps accurately
• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues with equipment or expected end product
• Build and maintain customer maintenance schedules
• Travel to customer's place of business and arrive on time
• Maintain the work vehicle

You have:

• Minimum of 1-year Electrical experience
• Minimum of 1-year Plumbing experience
• Active and valid driver's license and clear MVR
• High standard of workmanship and professionalism
• Good troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of principles of operation of dish machines and laundry machine functions
• Proficiency with computer applications and use, email, etc.
