Service Repair Technician

The Dispenser Technician installs, maintains, and services wall accessories purchased or leased by our customers.

Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with some overtime.

Rate: $19.52/HR + $500 Sign On Bonus and participation in the tri-annual goal program!

You will:

• Install and service commercial dispensers, such as but not limited to toilet paper dispensers, baby changing stations, sanitary product dispensers, hand soap dispensers.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service 
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
• Troubleshoot problems with installation, removal, or wall accessory functionality
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
• Maintain work vehicle
• Additional duties as assigned by management

You have:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
• Prior service repair and maintenance experience
• Mechanical experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
