Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a role available in Orlando, FL! We are looking for a Network Specialist to join our team. For this position, training will be provided on our ERP system, as well as the specific responsibilities. The specialist in this role should hold basic computer skills, office skills, as well as Microsoft Excel skills with a detail-oriented focus. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Maintain Network Program order guides.
  • Maintain ERP (S2K) program pricing
  • Adding and deleting items from Order Guide and Price Files.
  • Correct Pricing errors.
  • Set Up and configure New assigned accounts and locations.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with contracted sell pricing
  • Communicate problems and needs to the Network Manager
  • Respond promptly to assigned  requests and inquiries
  • Maintain minimum order fees and Fuel surcharge fees
  • Subject matter experts on their assigned programs.
  • Optimize fill rates by providing subs for items out of stock or discontinued
  • Update and adjust invoice pricing, billing, and order discrepancies when necessary
  • Assist with special projects as needed and noted by the Network Manager
  • Staying up to date on program mandates
  • Communicates with the sales Representatives with information pertinent to their customer

Qualifications

You have:

  • 2 years of large corporate accounts experience
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with S2K is a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite, including advanced Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma/GED
