Responsibilities

You will:

  • Schedule and dispatch a team of Service Technicians to perform preventative maintenance, on-site repairs, or in-house repairs.
  • Quote estimates for customers, providing collaborative solutions.
  • Assist in the initial set up and tracking of service contracts; maintain service contracts from creation to completion.
  • Resolve all customer (internal & external) issues regarding repairs.
  • Coordinate a team of 10 technicians across the APT service area.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 3-5 years of related supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A valid drivers license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. (College degree preferred)
