Branch Manager

Imperial Dade has a position open in Catano, Puerto Rico, for a Branch Manager. Our branch managers operate as general managers for our local facilities. Reporting directly to the President of our South Region, you will oversee all aspects of sales and operations of office and warehouse associates, providing leadership to 85+ employees. We are offering relocation assistance for this position.

You will:

• Lead a team of 6 direct reports, including 19 sales professionals. 
• Manage the operations team to ensure optimal execution across warehouse and transportation departments.
• Ensure data integrity of inventory, quantity, location, and value
• Develop the annual operating plan, maximizing revenue, and managing P&L for the branch.
• Leverage KPIs to gauge performance and create action plans
• Prepare a monthly summary of financial results vs. budget
• Implement growth and cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate with department managers to review safety adherence and corporate-directed policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all PR OSHA safety laws and regulations.

You have:

• 7+ years of experience that includes sales leadership
• Strong knowledge of the Puerto Rico market 
• Preferred experience in a wholesale distribution or service provider environment
• Foodservice or Jan/San experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Been described as a trusted mentor who can develop talent, recruit and engage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, with Spanish and English proficiency
