In this role, you will manage the data collection, submission and collection of rebates associated with our deviated pricing contracts from our suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and drive to solution on complex problems. The Rebates Manager will lead the team of Rebate Analysts and assist in various projects that ultimately drive efficiency and accuracy in the POD Rebates process.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage vendor rebate claims process
  • Develop tools and reports to analyze aged balances due
  • Proactively balance team workload.
  • Identify, hire, onboard and train new team members.
  • Assist with developing procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor the monthly Rebate submission process
  • Develop KPI reporting for contracts department.
  • Oversee rebate discrepancy reports and reconcile differences with suppliers.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience within distribution & rebates
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable

Salary: $80,000 - 95,000, depending upon experience.
