Overview

Imperial Dade, leading national distributor, has a Manager, FP&A position available. As a key partner to the VP, FP&A at Imperial Dade, you will play a critical role as we design our new FP&A team. We are open to NYC-based candidates.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Help lead, create and deliver strategic initiatives to drive company performance.
  • Be responsible for the management reporting and analysis function along with the corporate FP&A function
  • Drive forecasting that leads to better decision-making within the company. 
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders through strategic plan development, budgeting, forecasting, overall measurement, and financial analysis
  • Serve as a key driver of overall financial performance. 

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills and a mastery of Excel and other financial software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
